Returns & Exchanges

At Lily Blanche, we want you to be completely delighted with your purchase; if you are not entirely satisfied, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of receipt. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all luxury packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original Lily Blanche presentation box and secure it inside the protective outer mailing carton.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our workshop receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
